Class Schedule
Secret Ingredient Classes
All classes at The Secret Ingredient are one to two hours in length (depending on format)and held in the comfort of Tracy's kitchen. Classes are kept small to encourage participation, and never are larger than eight students. Each month features something new---a particular ethnic cuisine, cooking concept, or theme.
In addition to the monthly class schedule (listed below), Tracy also offers private group classes. For more information, click "Private Groups" on the sidebar.

A NOTE ABOUT WAITLISTS: Once a class has sold out, names will be taken for a waitlist in case of cancellation. However, if there is sufficient interest, a second section of the class will be added and those waitlisted will be contacted via email.
No-Bake Desserts
Tuesday, June 2, 2009, 7-9pm ($55)Why heat up the kitchen this summer when these desserts are in your repertoire? In this class we'll prepare four "no-bake" desserts including Chocolate-Espresso Pots de Creme, Cantaloupe Granita with Mint, Grilled Brown Sugar Peaches with Amaretti and Tiramisu. The perfect ending to any meal, these sweets are delicious and easy enough to make for your family or a crowd.
Summer Beach Picnic
Wednesday, June 10, 2009, 7-9pm ($55)Summer is almost here, and nothing beats dinner at the beach! This perfectly packable meal can be made ahead of time and adds some pizzazz to your picnic! The al fresco menu includes Asian Shredded Chicken Salad, Watermelon Salad with Mint, and Espresso Brownie Tartlets for dessert. We'll wash everything down with a refreshing Sweet Tea & Citrus Punch (with a kick)!
The Secret Ingredient Policies: Payment is required to hold a class spot. No refunds within one week of class unless spot is filled from the waitlist. If you are unable to attend, you may send a replacement or request recipes. Menus are subject to minor changes. Regular class policies also apply when gift certificates are used as payment. Please note The Secret Ingredient kitchen is NOT a nut-free zone.
